He was given no peace in front when a strong winner here in 1:58 over 1800m on Monday. He’ll take a stack of beating again. MY MAN SUNSHINE (4) is an interesting runner. The Vic pacer won a claimer at Warragul two starts back then was well-beaten at Ballarat last time. He has very good gate speed and could be prominent for a long way. COMPARE BIANCA (7) did a top job to lead throughout here last Sat in 1:58.7 but is up in class and has the wide draw to contend with. MYRNIONG RAGER (9) put together a couple of good wins here last month then was baked when he worked hard outside PICCOLO WIL WIL here on Monday. He can do better, while MYTHICAL BEAST (8) and MANHATTEN BRIDGE (10) are competitive in the claimers and could run into the exotics, along with OUR LUCKY KNIGHT (3), who has drawn nicely. CRESCENT GLORY (13) is a smart Vic trotter who’s much better than form suggests. He started from 60m mark when 2nd at Terang last time and only needs moderate luck to break back into winners’ list. SUNDONS PRIDE (9) is very consistent, with two wins, two placings from past five starts. She did his share of work when 2nd to MAIN ARTERY (11) last time and shouldn’t be far off them. MAIN ARTERY worked to the front from 10m mark when he won here two starts back then did plenty of work last time. He’s well worth an each-way ticket, along with BOLD MOVER (12), who won three of past five here then was outclassed at Moonee Valley last time. OUTLOOKING (10) bobs up occasionally and should not be dismissed, while Victorian OLLIE NOVA (1) looks the best of the front-markers. SELECTIONS: CRESCENT GLORY (13), Sundons Pride (9), Main Artery (11), Bold Mover (12) + The betting odds quoted in this form guide are an assessor’s estimate of the odds which will prevail on the date of the particular racing event and are not necessarily the odds that may be offered by a licensed bookmaker. She bounced straight back to winning form the next start here and with gate speed immediately in front of him can potentially get a good run. CHEERS FELLAS (1) has the pole and, on his last two runs, the early speed to take advantage of it. He won’t be too far away. It’s a similar story for LINVEL COCO (2), who deserved her last-start win, and WHERE AND WHEN (4), whose recent form has been very consistent. DILIGENT MOON (9) had a multitude of dramas when resuming but if all is right she’s up to this. HANNANS (5), BELLAGIO BOY (6) and REPLICATOR (7) also warrant thought for the minors. She did all the work last Friday over 2230m from a back row draw and proved too strong for One Ace Wonder. This is stronger than she’s seen, but the draw will give her every chance. MCGINTYSGOAT (8) is very consistent and has won two of his past three. Harding is back in the sulky and a cushy run on the pegs might be to his benefit in this better class race. PUXATACY (5) has terrific gate speed and looks the leader. He was rated perfectly last Saturday by Hill and is a winning hope with a similar run. PREZ( 10) is a last start winner in this class when leading. This is more problematic from the draw, but don’t leave him out. LOVES A DRINK (6) and NUTHA LIGNUM (7) have place claims at odds from tough draws and BUCKLEUP BILLY (4) ran a good race last week on his SA debut and is worth throwing in to the multiples. She was a good Maryborough winner two starts back and looks the one to beat if she trouts throguhout. Stablemate DOTTIE HINSON has talent but can do things wrong and she has won three (placed seven) of 20 starts and was a Yarra Valley winner in March. MOSQUITO BELIEVER (5) is a Keystone Crosby-Chellona filly making her race debut for Marty Noonoan. She had her first of five trials in January and has been taken along slowly. She did win a Maryborough trial winner last weekend and has strong claims. SINGING CREEK (1) is a nice filly who was a Kilmore winner four starts back and tried hard when runner-up behind Aftanoondelite at Maryborough two starts back and should run a big race from the draw. KAN YU (4) was runner-up behind Arizona Blue at Menangle four stats back and was placed beind Chipmont Lad at Moonee Valley two starts back. Stablemate MAJOR GRANT (6) is a former Kiwi who finished down the track at his Australian debut. He was an Ascot Park winner two starts back and could be the big improver. KEYTOTHEPARK (7) has been racing well and was placed behind Saybia three starts back and will be thereabouts. BELA CRKVA (10) has been placed at three of his past five starts but did have a good run when down the track ehre last week. Emmas Prince (1) can make presence felt from this ideal alley following half head 2nd to Secret Aces in 1609m Newcastle C0 Jun 4 and 2m 2nd to Feel No Pain in 1609m Newcastle C0 Jun 11. Rates highly.
